That’s a famous saying from a movie. It fits the current weather perfectly. Who knows when another winter like that will come. The weather in Podlasie is currently stable. Even road workers don’t have much work to do. When the temperature rises above freezing, road and street conditions deteriorate. However, it’s not particularly warmer. I drove to the Sidra River and took some photos. I’ve included them below. As I walked along the riverbank, I noticed the beauty of nature in its quiet state. The trees stood tall, their branches lightly dusted with frost, creating a picturesque scene. It’s moments like these that remind us to appreciate the simple joys around us. The stillness of the water mirrored the calmness of the day, inviting reflection and peace. I encourage everyone to take a moment to step outside and embrace the serenity of this winter landscape.
