Winter was very uncommon. Such views are already very rare. In the villages live often only old people and almost nobody have a horse. The sledges for horse driving are very rare. Winters are short and abundant coverage of snow for such driving isn’t enough. Such view I haven’t seen from many years. I want to say that there haven’t roads for sledge driving.
