This beetle is unlikely to make a mistake with another. It’s Trichodes apiarius. Its bright coloration is visible from afar. Already a few years ago, I photographed him in the garden, and this time landed on my balcony. Unfortunately, this beetle is a pest for bee keepers. It can nest in the hive and cause damage, and it is also the easiest to meet there.
