About wildflowers.

    I dedicate my website to the nature around me. Now I would like to introduce wildflowers, which I have not shown as a subject so far. They sometimes appeared as fragments of landscapes or photographs of insects. Do we pay special attention to field and meadow flowers? Sometimes we are amazed by the landscape with such flowers. Most often they are more modestly colored than the well-groomed garden ones. Many of them are considered weeds. There are less and less flowery meadows and fields. The reason is modern agriculture. Knowledge of species is quite low among the average people. It’s worth taking a closer look at them. Photographs and brief descriptions may help. My knowledge in this matter is also modest.
      Another thing is herbs. They were collected for medicinal and cosmetic purposes. Herbology is back in favor again today in a slightly different edition. You should know that there are also very poisonous plants. Herb collectors know this. In the countryside there were people who collected herbaceous plants for purchase for herbal cooperatives to earn some extra money. Often they were elderly women or children under the care of older people.
