When the storks are getting ready to take off, it means that summer is over. They come to us in early spring. Sometimes there was even snow. They occupy the sockets used the previous year. They raise the young and in mid-August they are getting ready for departure. There are a lot of nests around here. Every day I see people looking for food in meadows and fields. They often wander right behind agricultural machinery. This year was very favorable for storks in our area. There was a lot of rainfall and the vegetation flourished.
