Yesterday I had the opportunity to photograph a butterfly – Camberwell beauty. This species likes to stay high in the trees and it is difficult to get a good photo. It is very rare in my area. I am delighted with this opportunity. This specimen overwintered and therefore has a faded color, and hatched only this year in the second half of July will sparkle with vivid colors. In the photo you can see a white border, and young butterflies have a yellow border. This photo was taken at Lake Mikaszewo and there have been meetings of this type for several years.
