We decided to systematically observe a pair of cranes. Although the weather was very unpleasant, we went. First it was a big group of starlings. They now return to selected breeding sites only at night. Then came the storks. They were looking for food in the wet meadow. Only later did I notice a couple of cranes. They walked quite far and looked for food. I think they will have a nest in the bushes there.
