We usually visit the lakes in the summer. For most of the year, no one comes here except anglers. Yesterday, February 18, there was wonderful sunny and windless weather. We took advantage of this by going to Lake Mikaszewo. The lake is still covered with a thin layer of ice. There is water only at the shores. The view is very attractive in the sun. I captured it in several photos. The walk along the shore is pleasant. The forest surrounding the lake smells of resin and moisture. There are remnants of snow here and there. We didn’t see any animals. Two long lines of geese flew over us. As usual, they call loudly.

We weren’t the only winter tourists. We met a couple of young people. The woman in the sun was reading… from her cell phone. In the privacy of your home, solar radiation brings warmth. A few more months and tourists will appear again. It will be very noisy in places. Meanwhile, the forest inhabitants enjoy peace and quiet.
